Our technical office, with the help of CAD and reverse engeneering systems, translates the physical model in a virtual model, making it ready for the projection. After the realization of the first prototype or of a small series, using the material and the method you want, we verify the carried out work before to move to the final step. When the production technology has been chosen, you will be able to choose if to realize the pilot moulds or to jump directly to the series ones and realize all the auxiliary equipments, to complete the processings necessary to finish the product. MASTERS and PROTOTYPES When it becomes necessary to go from the "see" to the "touch", dispelling every indecision,whether in the designer or in the customer, here the style master is the best solution. Then, if to have a small prototypes series, maybe suitable to test many chromatic solutions or to verify the accuracy of the matchings, means to be able to correct possible mistakes before to start the series; here the functional prototypes become the winning card.

PILOT MOULDS The need to have quickly a preseires of items in the definitive material, useful to test the quality of the technical solutions, is satisfied with the pilot mould. Cheap, quick to realize, it can -going on with the production- fill the time necessary to finish the definitive equipments, that will be already tested.

PRODUCTION MOULDS Rigid polyurethans, r-rim, integral, surprinted,; wacumforming or blowmoulding technology, rtm moulds and relative fibreglass preform moulds, all also in large size. Thermoplastic moulds in small and medium size. Moreover every masks and gauges necessary for completion and control of the production processes. We supply also a dimensional control service, for moulds and samplings, also in large number, on third-party production.
